Step two Rat

So on top of that charcoal drawing I added some color pencil to it... I might spray it with fix and go over this with soft pastel high and low lights, but Im not to sure what is going on. I dont believe it is finished because I am still not happy with it.
Anyhow, this is step two. A critique would be nice if anybody is interested.
Unfortunately photo reference, charcoal base, color pencil on top.
